She has also worked in a variety of civil matters, including landlord tenant disputes and commercial litigation. Erica also specializes in end-user technology integration and has pioneered the training curriculum for case management software and data-management processes at several prior firms. She believes that her focus on organization, accountability in record keeping and consistent communication with clients is the key to her success in the legal field.
